Win2K Server Doesn't Shutdown

I built a new Win2K Server using an Asus P4T533-C motherboard. Everything works fine except that the machine powers off when I press the power button on the case without properly shutting down Win2K. Any ideas? Thanks.
 
Mine w2k server shutsdown just fine with the power button. Check your motherboard manufacturer or chipset maker and see if they have a newer PM driver.
