Win2K Server Doesn't Shutdown

I built a new Win2K Server using an Asus P4T533-C motherboard. Everything works fine except that the machine powers off when I press the power button on the case without properly shutting down Win2K. Any ideas? Thanks.

The Power Management stuff isn't enabled in the server versions, get used to using the Start Button.

Mine w2k server shutsdown just fine with the power button. Check your motherboard manufacturer or chipset maker and see if they have a newer PM driver.
