Will TX just hand religious org’s piles of money?

Ah, those Constitutional traditionalists...

The problem the Republicans have with the Constitution is it's become the one major hurdle that stops them from running the nation the way they like. Same with the Bill of Rights. They already have the SCOTUS in hand to do their bidding so we're just a step away from our nation being ruled by some weird corporate sponsored theocratically infected fascist state where the Constitution and Bill of Rights are repurposed into a method for selecting who can and cannot enjoy the rights and freedoms both supposedly stand for.

They have to come up a way to say "Christian only" without saying it.

Can't wait for the Wiccans and Satanists to make their requests to the state.

Wait...wait, will there be a Mooooslim exception?

This is a bunch of hogwash and misinformation.

Constitutional democratic republic, so much just a philosophical goal.

So when Republicans try to ban abortion, reverse LGBT rights and force "intelligent design" into schools, they're acting purely out of secular interests?

Sorry, but the modern Republican strategy is to exploit the thinly-veiled desire many supporters have for elements a Christian theocracy; to some degree, they're annoyed that "freedom of religion" even exists as a concept.

Pew Research found that 45% of Americans think the US should be a "Christian nation." While they differ on exactly what that means, they tend to believe that means the Bible should influence laws. And surprise, a large chunk of that 45 percent votes Republican.

Well that is how I would describe the vast majority of your posts here but maybe you can be specific about the topic at hand?
Here, I'll save us some time.

The Supreme court will declare any such law unconstitutional.
Lol no they would not. In fact, SCOTUS has already ruled that prohibitions like the one Texas has are unconstitutional and the state is not just permitted but REQUIRED to fund religious organizations if it funds secular ones.

I know it sounds insane, because it is, but that’s where we are at.

These people view the Constitution and the bible in the same light. Choose only the parts that agree with your views, and ignore everything else that they don't agree with.

Surely it is too insane to be believed, ergo impossible, no? Surely the fact that Atheists don’t have churches that can burn means something. It’s a well established tradition, I would thing, that the insane are not granted the right to run rough-shot over society.

Talk to the Supreme Court. They apparently believe that society is required to fund sectarian religious instruction if they wish to fund any other type of instruction.

Nah, this new, improved Supreme Court has ruled already.

Short version:
If a law excludes religious groups from taking government funding or benefits, it is de facto unconstitutional
If a law, government, or private entity discriminates against any non-Christian group, on the basis of imposing supposedly "Christian" morality, it is Constitutionally allowed.

Yup. As far as I can tell it is that government is required to give religious groups money but is also prohibited from putting conditions on how they spend that money.

So basically if government tries to do anything they have to funnel massive amounts of money to religious people.

I was one of those morons who hoped the new supreme court would not push their political agenda and just interpret the law as written. Sadly this has not been true. Donald is still fucking us. And it will continue years after he dies.
