I also have stopped eating meat.
I will working out 4 days straight, weight training and cardio in the same day.
And then taking a break for 4 days.
Because of my work schedule this is what I will have to do.
No I would do Back/Cardio Arms/Cardio Chest/Cardio Legs/Cardio. I like doing cardio so I will do it every day. I get plenty of protein from spinach and whole grains, and I'd probably take a protein mix as well as PB.
