I will working out 4 days straight, weight training and cardio in the same day.
And then taking a break for 4 days.

Because of my work schedule this is what I will have to do.

Yes. You won't be entering any Mr. Olympia contests or anything but it'll work. I really get tired of the "you need to do 50 variations of curls, and it has to be while your chugging down some creatine/protein mix, and getting 8 hours of sleep a night" crap. Yes that would be ideal but the rest of us with work and other obligations get what we can done when we can.

Yeah I should be able to get 8 hours almost every night, And I will probably take protein, mostly cause I like the drinks. I am looking mostly to cut, I have too much body fat. I also have stopped eating meat.

My point was do the best you can with the time constraints you have and you'll be surprised at the results you see. It would be ideal to lift and run most days but that isn't an option for you. The 4 days will hurt your progress for sure though.

I also have stopped eating meat.

Why? Are you going for the skinny-fat look?

If you are going to reduce the amount of a specific macronutrient on a cut, it should be carbohydrates. Meat is an excellent source of quality protein. Keep in mind that to lose body fat, you have to eat less calories than you consume. You're going to be hungry, and the fat in that meat is also going to keep you satieted.

Er, I'm sure there is better solution than this. If you lift for the same muscle groups on back-to-back days, that is not ok. That will lead to overtraining and potential injury. I say just use two days for heavy lifting and two days for cardio, alternating days. Doing both back to back to back to back is a little bit much.

No I would do Back/Cardio Arms/Cardio Chest/Cardio Legs/Cardio. I like doing cardio so I will do it every day. I get plenty of protein from spinach and whole grains, and I'd probably take a protein mix as well as PB.

Not sure of your exact goals beyond trying to cut, but fitting an Arms day next to Back or Chest is less than ideal--fitting it in between is even worse. Depending on the exercises you're doing, you'll generally also be working your forarms/biceps during your back exercises and your triceps during chest exercises. You should probably just nix the Arms workout, or at least swap it with your legs day so you don't gyp your chest workout.
