I've left it pretty vague, so answer at will. Also, I didn't paste this in the Politics forum, because I don't like that place.

I answered no because I didn't see the "about the same" but wouldn't they mean the same thing anyway?

No, will prolly suck more. Considering gas prices, society adjustments, inflation, and how the dollar sucks compared to the rest of the world currencies. . . life in the US, and subsequently in the world will suck more.

Hopefully we will have caught Bin Laden, and we invaded and imperialized the Middle East, hence sending Oil prices down to $0.25/gallon.

I just hope we have flying cars, we were suppose to have them 5 years ago. :disgust:

I'll settle for a hoverboard like the ones in Back to the future II. :p

Either the America Empire will take over the world under emperor GW or the world will end in a nuclear fire storm.

That would seem to depend on your definition of "better" and your definition of "worse."

For instance, mightn't we see the progression of globalisation, increased openess to alternative lifestyles, the balacing of the majority in the middle class?

Or possibly the lessening of urban sprawl, an upswing in the valuation of the nuclear family, and a preservation of unborn life?

I myself very much doubt the betterment of the world, but it shall be up to the reader which scenario I find more likely to occur. :)

I think it'll be about the same... But I think there will be an increase in the amount of people suffering.
