Yeah, but usually the offense has to be more serious (posting porn or warez, for example). Sometimes the mods do ban annoying neffers like this. Depends on who's on duty at the time and how much coffee (or sleep) they've had.

OIKOS must have had a breakdown because so many people bugged him about his sig. Just send him a warning and be done with it. Everyone should get one chance to be an idiot. If he continues, then ban 'em. Besides, when was the last time a bunch of members voted someone out? This is an Oligarchy, not a democracy. I doubt any of you are Oligarch's here. If you were, he would have already been gone 🙂

Don't ban Oikos for the reasons stated above. If he truly violates TOS, then ban him. But if he is to be the subjected to requests of termination due to half a dozen anal retentive passive aggressives, then this truly proves how socially inept and dysfunctional ATOT can become if these whiners always get their way.
