Yeah, but usually the offense has to be more serious (posting porn or warez, for example). Sometimes the mods do ban annoying neffers like this. Depends on who's on duty at the time and how much coffee (or sleep) they've had.

OIKOS must have had a breakdown because so many people bugged him about his sig. Just send him a warning and be done with it. Everyone should get one chance to be an idiot.
