In all fairness bank records are pretty much universally produced during divorce proceedings, My state requires such production by court rule. Frankly I would think any divorce counsel that did not demand and receive those records has set themselves up for a slam dunk malpractice case.

I'm still waiting for any evidence of harm to any defendant even if all the allegations are proven. All I've seen so far is evidence of actions that would weaken the state's ability to prosecute the case (at most).

True, but Credit card statements and Checking/Savings account statements usually only are required to go back 90 days. Not 8 months or a year plus. Also, those statements are not public record. So how did what is on them, become public knowledge? Kind of perfect timing for such information to come out. Just makes a person wonder the legitimacy of the claims of what is in those bank statements.

At the end of the day, non of it, true or not has anything to do with the court cases against the defendants.
