Speaking of being disingenupous...

I didn't make any proclamation of her guilt or innocence. You need to learn how to read and understand words.

As I stated in my original post:
`I have noted among the beings that that have arisen within the confines of the ordinary the mentation that passes for intelligent thought here on your planet, that there is a tendency when facing any new stimulus that presents itself, to respond, not by means of a critical analysis, the capacity for which should acrew to them in the course of their daily lives based on an accumulation of reflective wisdom crystallized as being knowledge within them, there is instead, a long habituated tendency not to rely on such wisdom and which, furthermore, is most likely absent for reasons I won't go into here, but to associate anything new or to be considered by them with open mindedness, again, not with regard to such wisdom, but only by the process of this pernicious autonomic process of mentation by association absent, of course, any conscious effort to combat this tendency.

Had Grandma pulled your ear for publically remarking on some family matter in public, for ecample, forever thereafter a triggered sense of unease, an impending sense of disaster will transpire like a clock striking noon within the fear centers of the mammalian brain and in such a way that if any such incident arises of similarly associatively manner thereafter, such unease will be autonomically triggered for the rest on your life.

You, pcgeek11, have most likely been guilty of something or other in this person's past that simply triggers such a reaction. My guess is that for 'reasons' as above I won't go into here, my guess is that you have shown some tendency to think in a conservative manner. Be very careful someone does not pull your ear.

As a liberal who thinks like a conservative and therefore based on my gut instincts, I am sticking with my opinion that this MS. Fani thingi is criminally conjured bull shit, an wild swing at trying to get her thrown off the case or build some horse shit basis for an appeal.
Could be, we'll know soon enough. My hunch is that she did hook her boyfriend up with a sweetheart deal. While that doesn't have any real effect on the case against Trump, it does drop a clod in the churn. It also absolutely damages her credibility.

By sweetheart deal you mean hiring a lawyer and pay them what the rest are being paid

Is your bias shading your objectivity?

I have a question about this opinion. Clarify for me, please, if it is your opinion that her credibility exists as a fact divorced from personal opinion, like credibility was something that has a cosmic reality regardless of whether people exist or not, or is credibility something something you might have for one individual and not for another but someone else might thing just the opposite, that the one you think is credible is not etc.

I ask this because, I don't completely share your opinion. Legally, it seems to me that her standing as a prosecutor fit to prosecute is not sullied by whether in the sense that it is not only legally germane, but may in fact have nothing to do with a sweetheart deal. He may be her sweetheart and also in her opinion a very apt person to help her with the prosecution on a professional level. As a person, like you, who loathes a rush to judgment, I can't have the hunch you do. Not saying you are wrong but my gut isn't as convinced as yours seems to be.

The 'hunch'... The mother of all evidence to prove something.

Credibility is based on actions. Her actions in this case appear to be about getting her boyfriend into a very profitable trial when there may have been better choices available. I understand that this sort of thing is common and often ignored, but when it's part of an extremely high profile case it's a foolish maneuver. It gives the appearance of helping her boyfriend over her desire to see Trump jailed for his crimes. Someone will present the argument that her entire reason for pursuing Trump was to enrich her boyfriend. While that may well be complete bullshit, it further affects her credibility.
The divorce docs are going to be unsealed, if that proves a relationship between Ms. Willis and Mr. Wade the Trump team is going to pout gas on it and light the fire with a flamethrower.

I stand by the statement, it's hunch, and could very well be wrong. I've guessed wrong before and likely will again. So in the coming weeks or months I'll say "by golly I wrong" or, "sun of a gun, I nailed it". I'm good with either of those.

I never claimed I had proof of anything, that's why it's called a hunch. Here is the definition so we're clear on my meaning.

hunch /hŭnch/

noun

  1. An intuitive feeling or a premonition.
"had a hunch that he would lose."

You're all wrong. Greenman is not missing a few dozen brain cells. My hunch is he's only got a few dozen brain cells left.

My hunch is based on the fact that he believes Trump is smarter, and more cogent than Biden. This is in direct contradiction to all evidence which points to Trump being one of the dumbest, senile, narcissist, and all around shitty thing that can remotely be called human.

Greenman has got his head so far up Trump's ass that Trump can smell Greenman's breath when he opens his mouth.

All of this might be true but not sure how it relates to Trump being indicted; unless his head up Trump's ass caused Trump to fart over the laws of Georgia ?

@you2 More of a counter to @Greenman and his lies about how Trump is believable, and smart, and how Trump can do no wrong because based on his hunches, everyone but Trump is wrong. Greenman thinks Trump is smart. Greenman has also been invited to decipher Trump's rambling bullshit, but hasn't done any of that to date.

For those who try to look at things impartially, this Fani Willis news is not good. But until we get more information about these allegations, we simply don't know anything. Instead, we have people like Greenman who is either a troll, a paid shill, or really stupid enough to think that the majority of posters on a tech website can't think for themselves.

You need to read the words I post here and not spout off what you wish I said, it makes you look foolish.
Clearly you picked out specific words that make you feel threatened and angry, so you choose a personal attack rather than addressing the opinion I posted. That's the reaction of a child at best, and the complete lack of integrity at worst.

It doesn't relate to anything. He's angry because I won't hate the people he hates, or otherwise validate his feelings. Incredibly immature.

I've read your words. They are full of hate. They are full of contempt. They are full of lies.

I'll repeat what I said before, you are either a troll, a paid Russian shill, or one of the dumbest sonovabitches in all of history. In all honesty, I think it's the third one. You cannot seriously expect on a tech website forum that the majority of the people here can not think for themselves. They're not stupid. They can see your bullshit for what it is.

I've said about as much as I want to at the moment regarding you, so I'm not going to continue this argument with you on this thread. As @you2 has pointed out, this thread is about your lord and savior Trump being prosecuted for the criminal that he is.

This isn't an argument, it's you having a tantrum.
I hate to be the one to break it to you, but Trump is running for president, and there is a chance he might win. You should start preparing for that possibility now. Maybe practice holding your breath and jumping and down.

He may have a small problem, a Fox poll said 35% of republicans in NH would not vote for trump if he’s the nominee.

You may enjoy this:

What it comes down to, looks like to me, is that only he or she who is without sin should be allowed to judge and that therefor any who take on a prosecutorial role can be judged unworthy of of that job because they whose job it is to prevent corrupt prosecution will not fail to apply that rule to themselves. Meanwhile, as the legal games are played by the rich and the cunning, Trump will go free even though everyone knows he is guilty. This is what happens when Caesar is a liberal. Conservatives criminals know how he can be played.

Any who judge against Mega are sinners themselves because only sinners judge.

I quit doing that about 64 years back, though I'm reaching the age where that might become an issue again. Circle of life and all that.
I would prefer to see someone other than Trump or Biden as president. Since that's not going to happen I'm not going to be happy about either choice.
