I thought Trump already had all the evidence that supported his claim of election fraud.. Guess not, as it seems he is on a fishing expedition to try and find such evidence, including seeking records about investigations into Russia and other foreign nation’s attempts to influence presidential elections:

He can just ask Pillow Mike for all the evidence, because he has it.

It's an interesting situation: both of them have all the evidence that anyone needs for these claims, but are unwilling to share with anyone, including among themselves. Interesting thing, that.

Other than Hunter dick pics, they don't seem keen on sharing anything, I wonder why?

It doesn't matter. No matter what, if they say they have evidence they don't actually have to have any. If you go to court and lose because you do in fact have zero evidence, you lost because the system is actually corrupt, you have evidence and you were right all along. See how that works?

Yea Yea they lost something like 60 out of 61 cases many in republican states with republican judges and the single case they won was largely on a technicality (something about adding more drop boxes with out legislative approval or accepting mail with proper time stamp after the election since all the sorting machines were removed - i forget which case it was they won but one of those...

And if he is re-elected he only wants to allow male christians into the country and use the military to 'control' democrat cities.... yea yea ....

Republicans getting away with threatening Jack Smith.

We know what that means
One outcome of tolerance is the the intolerant will use it to end tolerant government because authoritarianism within a liberal system will always feel a need to destroy it. Authoritarians demand that you tolerate them but they are not about to tolerate you. This tells me that intolerance should never be tolerated and should be expunged from social groups by whatever means intolerance uses to threaten the tolerant. Otherwise how can tolerance survive the intolerant?

This imposes two moral issues in my opinion. One is that it is no good to wait until the intolerant have all the power leaving one no tools to respond to them and the other is that you may yourself be a source of intolerance yourself using force as a pretext to defend. All the Republicans are really trying to do is protect the country from being governed by the evil majority.that has no real sense of right and wrong.

Prolly been brought up already but Stacey Abrams' claims of election fraud against the Repubs when she lost her election will be used by some of the conservative SCOTUS to rule in favor of Trump in the Georgia case. Heck Trump may even win the case at SCOTUS because of it.

It's like the Dems are doing the same type of thing so why not let Trump off the hook for the same kind of manipulation. In the view of the conservative SCOTUS.

Not exactly related to Georgia but Colorado's Supreme Court ruled that Trump is note eligible to run in Colorado....

Yeah but with Colorado there's no conviction yet so that will probably work in favor of Trump in SCOTUS.

So Trump made another not so famous phone call in an attempt to block Mich. election process (where he lost by over 140,000 votes):

One of Loser Donald’s codefendants posed for a photo with the Q Shaman moron while flipping the bird, then posted it to Instagram.

Within hours, her lawyers told the court they no longer want to represent her.

He doesn’t look like he’s learned a lesson. I bet the the QAnon Shaman going to get caught up in another riot and be arrested again. But I bet he’s in the front of the line for pardon whenever the next R POTUS happens.

I've seen a few interviews with him recently and he definitely didn't learn any lessons. He's as crazy as ever and running for some political office

As I recall he was all contrite, apologetic and blaming Trump prior to his sentencing. Sounds like a generic GOP politician-absolutely lacking any morals or character, will say or do whatever fits the current situation.

Query-shouldn't he be barred from elective office by the insurrection clause?

of course he should, just like how many other Republicans, specifically those that voted against certifying the 2020 election results, even after the J6 coup attempt.

It simply amazes how stupid and how easily these people think they can break the law for this clown. Again Trump with the (paraphrased) “do as we say and I’ll provide the lawyers”. lol! One, who the fuck would believe this guy? Two, your lawyers such as Sidney Powell or I had 3 martinis before lawyering Rudy Giuliani? Thanks but no thanks! three, If the shit hits the fan, and somebody gets thrown under the bus, are these "lawyers" going to have your best interests at heart or the best interests of the guy who is (not) paying them? And finally, four, is this what innocent people say? Do it anyway and we’ll call lawyers to protect you? I know Trump’s ilk are great at justifying any and all bullshit he says, but there is no other interpretation for this aside from active consciousness of guilt to break the law.

One of Donald Trump’s co-defendants in the Georgia election subversion case is alleging without concrete evidence that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis improperly hired a romantic partner to help prosecute the case and has financially benefitted from his appointment.

Not surprising at all that this is enough for you to “see how this shakes out”.
