Will F-Bomb land man in jail?

This has to be on of the more retard things ive ever seen. What happened to being a man and duking it out? 😛

"Mike Shahrokhi, 43, of Leawood faces disorderly conduct charges that he says stem from a case of road rage along 135th Street in Overland Park. Shahrokhi admits dropping an F-bomb during an argument with another driver, but he says that it's ridiculous that he could be facing jail time over it.

"They want to put me in the Johnson County Jail for 30 days over dropping the F-bomb," said Shahrokhi. He says the incident began at 135th and Metcalf, and continued all the way to a convenience store at 135th and Nieman.

Shahrokhi says that when he stopped at the convenience store for a drink, the other driver continued jawing with him. So he says he shot back with some decidedly NC-17 words of his own.

"I pull up along side him, and essentially told him that I had intercourse with his daughter from behind, and she liked it," said Shahrokhi. "And he was on the phone with police."

Overland Park Police ticketed Shahrokhi for disorderly conduct, which includes using offensive, obscene or abusive language to arouse alarm, anger or resentment in others.

"It wasn't just one word," said Jim Weaver of the Overland Park Police Department. "It was a string of things that brought this victim to where he wanted to sign a complaint."

"Because I admitted using the F-bomb is the reason I'm in trouble," said Shahrokhi.

Shahrokhi says that the other driver in the case, Mike Nolen, wasn't charged because he denied using vulgar language. But when FOX 4 caught up with Nolan in court, he admitted letting a few choice words slip out.

"After what he said about my mother and my daughter, it got me a little outraged," said Nolen.

Shahrokhi says that when it became clear that prosecutors made it clear that they were seeking jail time, he got a continuance so he could hire an attorney. The case has now been continued five times, and both Shahrokhi and Nolen will be back in court on December 16th.

Nolen says that it's worth the time and effort.

"If somebody doesn't stop it, he'll continue to do it," said Nolen.

"I can't imagine the F-bomb warrants 30 days but I don't know," said Shahrokhi. "It's Overland Park." "

So why did the driver follow this man to a store and continue to harass him? In a case like this consider the following: What if the man was black and a white man follows him to another location to harass him? Would you consider the possibility that it was Racial Harassment?

My parents use to live in Overland Park, KS and it is the location of a lot of White upper-class people. There is also a country club there. A lot of the people in this area are a bit stuffy and self-righteous. The traffic can get kind of thick at certain times and the roads are always full of cars.

Yet another example of "do not ever talk to the police, have an attorney do it for you."

Had he used his right to remain silent, he probably wouldn't be facing charges now.

I kinda agree with the charge and the title is somewhat misleading. Regardless of the circumstances surrounding the confrontation, the man made the fvck comment in reference to the man's daughter. And depending on how he said it, it could have been taken as a hostile threat. Now the guy probably made the situation worse by following the man, but for the man to make a nasty comment about fvcking his daughter is bs and they should lock his ass up, especially if this man has a young daughter. Arguing over whatever doesn't give a person a right to make a lewd sexual comment about someone's kids. Truthfully after a comment like that, I would have hung up the phone call with the police and proceeded to try and kick his ass. The guy looks like a total scumbag anyway.

There is no way that could be construed as a threat, unless maybe his daughter was right there. If the guy doesn't like hearing people saying naughty words and being big meanies, maybe he should get some earplugs. Or grow up.

Sorry that is a Fox link, supporters of the death party. I cancel any link to fox. I am boycotting anything fox. Fuck them.

Did they do something to your sister?

Here;s the problem I have with this, If the driver had said that to me he would have lost his front teeth, If anything I would prefer they let him alone with the father for 10 minutes, to "sort" it out

In fairness, the alleged perp DID say about the alleged daughter, "and she liked it." Furthermore, the alleged perp strongly implied that there was no risk of pregnancy as the alleged intercourse was "from behind."

So I would think the alleged victim would be pleased, not "alarmed, angry, or resentful."

The alleged perp sounds like a highly caring individual.

lololol

So was his statement not offensive and not to arouse anger? I don't see anyone but him stating it was because he used the "F-bomb."

Fine 'em both $1000 bucks and 1 night in jail for disorderly conduct, then fine Nolan another $1000 for lying to the police and being stupid enough to admit it...

I should be grateful not to have been arrested. I've said far worse than that to the drivers of Johnson County...

+1

Post title is misleading because it's just quoting the perp's view of the situation. Sounds like he said a lot more than just dropping the f-bomb. Some guy starts saying the things he did about MY daughters I'd probably be calling the cops too. The fact that most posters here think the guy's language is of no consequence show how far from civility we've fallen.
