Wikileaks traitor withering away

While I don't think what he did was right I was actually surprised that those Wikileaks really weren't all that damning, in fact to me it made some of those diplomats seem more competent than I thought.

Although expecting someone like you to understand laws is really grasping at things.

Seems like you're the one that doesn't understand military laws, Private Manning has been accused of a crime and is being detained in a military facility. He's not being treated any different than any other military personnel that's being held in the same facility.

Wonderful that you feel great on the news of another's misery. What a sad fuck you are.

Manning sure as hell didn't think about the misery his leaks would cause to Afghan civilians and the like...

Typical American limousine liberal attitude. Who gives a shit about ratting out brown people on the other side of the earth to the Taliban, but don't dare hold a white gay soldier in prison.

Minus that whole bit where he's not. If you believe the government on this, then I don't know what to tell you.

JAG feels that there is sufficient grounds to court martial.

This is an independant organization of legal experts for the Military, but outside the chain of command.

Similar to the Distric Attourney and Public Defender offices rolled into one group.

Did you know that poor little gay victim withering Bradley Manning was demoted for punching someone in the face, or that he has thrown chairs and shouted at higher ranking soldiers?

The military seriously fucked up in not kicking him out from the beginning, in 2008, when he posted Youtube videos about classified facilities.

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Each of us is a human pile of garbage consumed by our self self hate, some dying for our own inner hell to be visited on others, and a few with more understanding.

All the contempt you feel for this man was visited on you by others long ago when you were children to control you and make you tow the line. You have no idea you are emotionally dead, in deep solitary confinement and hell, like this man. He is you and that is why you hate him. Those who do not condemn give their souls a chance.
What the hell is it with you and your obsession with self-hate? Were you the kid in psychology class that had an emo haircut and a drug rug?

Of course you are going to frame the issue into angles and monsters so you can justify your judgment. You can't see who you are, but I do. Hehe.

How many Afghan's has Manning killed? How many has the US killed? :hmm:

Bradley Manning is a monster. He leaked thousands of pages of documents, which he knew contained information that would put other peoples' lives at risk. Of course he didn't care. His only possible excuse would be his mental problems.

The US hasn't purposely killed any innocent Afghans by releasing their identities to the Taliban.

How many has Manning killed? As many as the Taliban have killed after finding out who they were.

How many is Manning morally responsible for? As many as he put in risk in the first place by knowingly leaking their identities.

Consider this... in my job as a public servant I have access to the names and addresses of almost everybody living in this county. If I leak Woody Harrelson's address and his kid gets kidnapped for ransom, am I guilty? What if I leak his address knowing the risk of that happening, and it doesn't happen? Am I not equally guilty?

What is with you and your need for denial. Were you the kid that was emotionally destroyed and can't remember? I'm the kid who went where you're afraid to, who knows what haunts you if you get too relaxed.

Information like American companies that exists on 98% tax dollars giving little boys to grown men to fuck?

What are you saying, leaking information about misdeeds that needed to be leaked makes up for what he shouldn't have leaked?

Don't kid yourself. He's not a whistleblower like Samuel Provance. He's a vandal, who in the process of committing a massive act of vandalism meant to embarass the government that he felt mistreated him by demoting him for punching someone in the face, leaked some misdeeds that we needed to know about so we could stop.

Yes, of course, his lack of right or justification is an entitlement for you determine what he deserves. As you judge you judge yourself. Deserve that!

Did they even give the guy a trial? Or is he being assumed guilty before being proven innocent?

No Afghan informants have been killed as a result of Manning.

http://www.cnn.com/2010/US/10/16/wikileaks.assessment/index.html?hpt=T2

Washington (CNN) -- The online leak of thousands of secret military documents from the war in Afghanistan by the website WikiLeaks did not disclose any sensitive intelligence sources or methods, the Department of Defense concluded.

Secretary of Defense Robert Gates said there is still concern Afghans named in the published documents could be retaliated against by the Taliban, though a NATO official said there has been no indication that this has happened.

You have no evidence that Manning leaked the Afghan war documents with the intention of harming Afghan informants or even the knowledge they would have been in danger. The fact you jump to that conclusion shows how biased you are.

So the correct answer would be:

Manning 0

US government 5,000-10,000+

Nice ninja edit.

How do you know that he is not a whistleblower? Because he has been painted one way? I'll reserve judgment myself. One thing is certain in my mind, sexual abuse of children is at the top of the list of bad shit.

Some people got embarrassed? so what? Who is dead because of these leaks? Some nuclear scientists in Iran? Maybe? Maybe unrelated? Who the fuck cares.

Show me 1 credible news article showing an american soldier is dead because of these leaks. Don't show me some aristocrat said some embarressing things in private and now they aren't private anymore because I dont give a shit about that.
