If you had sex in with a woman against her will (she wanted you to wear a condom, you didn't want to so you forced yourself on her without wearing a condom) in Sweden then yes you would. If you had sex with a woman while she was sleeping, you would too.

Truth is, these are the charges, we don't really know shit about what really happened but that will be decided in court and that is how these things work in civilised nations like Sweden, UK or US.

I have a feeling that Assange knows very well what he did and that is why he's trying to say that he doesn't really have to do anything, that he have rights that are not afforded to any other man, that he is being set up to be extradited to the US from Sweden while he knows full well that staying in the UK is far more risky since the UK would hand him over with no questions asked while Sweden would not.

Assange isn't being charged with rape for doing that, that is part of another one of the charges against him.
