Wii Fit Supply

They are really short in supply as many of us are aware. I was wondering if there has been any confirmations about why or when we can expect to see more arrive? I have been checking all of the GameStops, Best Buys, Circuit Citys, Targets, and Walmarts in my area with no luck so far.

If you had a real job you wouldn't need to resort to such marginal schemes.

I can understand doing crap like this when people are stupid enough to pay several times the price, but at this point its just being a douche if you're actively trying to hunt this stuff down to do just that.

I haven't seen one since release day, I'm still kicking myself about not buying one. I agree it's probably because of certain people who's income depends on selling this stuff on ebay.

Keep an eye on Craigslist. It's only a matter of time before it turns into a flood. Then again, this is a peripheral and I don't want to be on something other people have touched.

I am only going to be buying this product if it is new or possibly from Gamestop should someone decide to trade it in. I will not buy it from Craigslist, Ebay, or any of those sites because of people like CasioTech. Anyways, I will just keep looking.

I want one because I have tried it and I like it. I have discovered first hand that it works for my purposes, it is fun, and my wife will use it along with me.

I just find people who sell them on Craigslist in this area and constantly prankdial their phone, or send mass amounts of text messages to them from the web.

Sort of. Part of the purpose to this thread was to find out if Nintendo has come forward and commented on the issue and possibly even let us know if there is a projected time frame when they expect the issues with supply in the US to lessen as a result of increased manufacturing or something like that.

They probably will not release any more until the Holidays, thus artificially creating a shortage and increasing demand so that their game can be "the hot item" for Christmas.

Keep crying and prank calling people who sell stuff on craigslist because you guys are losers and can't afford to pay a little extra to get what you want.

And ebay isn't my only job, it simply doubles my income.. I wouldn't even make as much money if my 'real' job paid me $30/hr, 40 hrs a week. And what's not 'real' about making tens of thousands of dollars a year on ebay, year after year, putting in 10-20 hours/week 😕

oh and by the way, I list my wiifits at .01, it's not my problem people want to give me $167 for them. All my clients are successful (as are most households who own a wii) which is why I don't powersell a lot other than wii/gamecube games or rare ps2 titles.

i worked at ebgames in the mall i live near...well black friday, i had them hold me a wii...well they sold it on me.. how does knowing you actually had one and have it taken away from you the people you work with feel, compared to the fact you never had one? and were never in a position to get one?

There are fuck all Wii Fit units in the UK and it's been like that for ages unless you want to buy one from the retards selling them on eBay at double the RRP.
