Wife went to Outback, didn't buy blooming onion

$50 gift card. We got a dope meal, steak. Chicken. Brownie and ice cream. Cost me 4.50$ after the gift card.

She didn't bring home the blooming onion. Which is the only reason to go to Outback.

How much does it cost to get divorced? How long does it take? This isn't forgivable. She'll be sleeping on the couch tonight.

Who the fuck talks like this? "Dope Meal"?

People who think you get a "dope meal" at outback.

Outback is to steaks as Hardeez's dumpster is to hamburgers.

Reheated Bloomin Onions are disgusting, anyway, and they are insanely high in calories. Even the biggest steak they have is healthier than that thing.

That said, you can get one for free on Monday's when Kevin Harvick finishes in top 10 in the NASCAR race that weekend. That happens a lot, since he's a good driver.

This some sort of hillbilly gimmick or is this federation wide? I'm looking to clog my organic functions with shit. It tastes so good plus I want to die.

Blooming onions do not really reheat well though, I agree.

Not too bad if you reheat with a broiler, but still.

I'm supporting your wife, if you don't eat it all there, don't bother taking it home.

Haven't even been there in a long time I guess, think we had one card expire.

*edit* nah I guess the wife used it going out with some girlfriends.

I'm unclear, was blooming onion ordered and not finished or not even ordered?

The only possible reason to go to Outback is for the blooming onion. Without that you should not even walk in the door. And if it was ordered, it needs to be eaten in its entirety right then and there. It's not something that reheats well, so you need to eat less steak or whatever and bring home the entree as the leftover rather than wasting the blooming onion.

So either way, this is the sign of a serious mental problem. Divorce is always an option or perhaps professional psychiatric help could get her through this. But it's clear OP needs to do something drastic.

Having been to outback several times, I'd call it a competent steak. The blooming onion really is good. I had a much better steak at Morton's, but flying to Chicago for dinner is a little over the top.

I agree. In their segment the food is not bad at all, and the steaks are decent. Longhorn is in the same category, and seems to be about the same quality. Around here we have a few tavern-type places that serve a great steak at a decent price, and by "great" I mean somewhere in between Outback and a top-tier chophouse. So I usually visit those or grill my own, and don't hit Outback up very often. But I've enjoyed it when we have gone.

The Bacon Cheese Fries there are fucking good too, can't say I remember what their steaks taste like. Last time I went it was beer + a regular order of the fries. I ate em all and the orders like 2k calories, so I was kind of full after my "appetizer"

many people on this forum don't consider it a real steak unless they're paying at least 50$ for the steak alone
