The general rule is that for TVs less than 27 inch, go with full screen. For TVs from 27 inch and up, go with wide screen.
However, some people still prefer watching widescreen with a 13"TV. Who can stop them?

I agree. I hated widescreen movies on my old 20" Sony but I think that it's fine on my new 27" Sony. Oh man I love flat screens. Should have bough a new TV years ago.

BS...i'd watch widescreen even if it was on a 5 inch display.

Fullscreen should be against the law and all parties who buy fullscreen movies should be hung! :D

I watch widescreen whenever humanly possible.

Unfortunately, my sister got me the fullscreen version of the Spider-Man movie for Christmas, and I didn't notice it until I'd opened it. I'm stuck with it. :(

No you're not. Don't stand for such blasphemy! Ask her where she got it, take it back and tell them you got fullscreen by accident! They will replace it....or they should at least

Whatever the thing was originally filmed in. If I'm watching my X-files DVDs, it's fullscreen. If I'm watching a movie, widescreen.
