You're being generous.
Truly, someone like boomerang who thought Obama's birth certificate was a nefarious forgery and that Obama personally perpetuated the lie that he was born in Kenya to get into college more easily is an excellent judge of the relative intelligence and maturity level of birther threads.
lol conservatives.
Cruz was born in Canada - CANADA - to a U.S. citizen. Though there's been no ruling from the courts (afaik), most people consider that to make him a natural born U.S. citizen. Obama (allegedly, according to birthers) was born in Kenya - KENYA - to a U.S. citizen. Though there's been no ruling from the courts (afaik), most people consider that to make him a natural born U.S. citizen. So, even if Obama's birth was as birther's claim, he's still a natural born citizen.
So, what's the difference? Why do they care about Obama (allegedly Kenya) and not Cruz (Canada). Canada... Kenya. Canada... Kenya.
The conclusion is pretty inescapable.
Birth Abroad to One Citizen and One Alien Parent in Wedlock
A child born abroad to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under Section 301(g) of the INA provided the U.S. citizen parent was physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for the time period required by the law applicable at the time of the child's birth. (For birth on or after November 14, 1986, a period of five years physical presence, two after the age of fourteen, is required. For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen, is required for physical presence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.) The U.S. citizen parent must be the genetic or the gestational parent and the legal parent of the child under local law at the time and place of the childs birth to transmit U.S. citizenship.
The difference is had Obama been born in Kenya his mother wasn't old enough to establish the minimum time required to grant him citizenship by birth.

Had? Hawaii already confirmed he was born in their state so there should have been no dispute. Yet the righties and Fox News managed to shove their warped theory down the throats of the ignorant willing to buy anything to bring down the negro.

Just wondering if he became a citizen in 2005, how can he be a "natural born citizen"?
Yes BxgJ, that is what I was referring to. I didn't think it was unclear but sorry if I confused some people.I think he meant Cruz's father became a citizen in '05.
A very true statement.the reality is all birthers are racist.
This thread is mocking Trump's ridiculous birther nonsense about Obama while he ignores that Cruz's real birth is similar to the false circumstances birthers claim about Obama. Birthers were morons, but they were very clearly more than that, they were (and generally still are) racist pieces of shit... Considering my interactions with you in the past I apologize for the words that were too big for you. I realize you're not smart enough to interact past a 3rd grade level.Birthers were morons. This thread is childish.
LOL, "liberals."

Go birther on what? An American citizen born abroad??
The best was the terrorist fist bump. I knew we would be in for one hell of a ride when I saw that on Fox News via the Dailey show.
After last night its apparent to me that Cruz and Trump have an agreement to hit the others. Cruz hits Rubio and Trump hits Bush, I'm starting to think they'll be running mates.
Makes sense to me. Watching a Republican debate feels like going back to the 4th grade.
