1. Take back your Gamecube.
2. Take the abnormally big controller, wrap the cord around his neck and then stuff the controller up his butt.
3. Proceed to nearest store to buy new controller.

Gamecube controller = $30
Getting that fvcker back = Priceless.

hmmm, you better make sure you have witnesses, and i would still advise on speaking with his parents. If little timmy bought a gamecube, you'd think they'd know. All he has to do is deny it and file a restraining order against you and you can;t do much else without legal aide. I suggest you take this to small claims court. you don;t need hard proof, just some witnesses and 'good likelyhood' to win that case. naturally you do have the burden of proof, and the witnesses count a lot for that.

Damn straight. :)

Be sure to film it, dude.

There are some things money can't buy. For everything else, there's ass-kicking.

Do you still have the box? Nintendo boxes have the SERIAL NUMBER printed on them. Turn in the number to the cops, if the gamecube number matches it, you win! :)

Sneak into his house late at night while he's sleeping with a flashlight and a baseball bat. Wake him gently and shine the flashlight on the baseball bat just long enough to say, "Think about it...." and turn off the light and walk out silently. He'll take the hint and give it back to you in short order. :D

I have an aluminum bat in my car... but the sound that a wooden bat makes when it connects is something beautiful :) It doesn't have to be the assholes head, maybe his car, mailbox, a few windows... :)

i would confront him without telling him first, and giving him a chance to get rid of it somehow.

"I got to a party, I decide to bring my Gamecube so that my friends can play some Madden. I play it for awhile ( about an hour ) and i get some people's attention (Note: Room was upstairs, most people were down stairs)"

"...Some fscker right now has my damn GCN..."

That's what you get for showing off yer Gamecube instead of being sociable like everyone else.

You guys just love to suggest something that you can get sued for don't you?

Is it worth taking the risk of getting caught for getting back a stolen Game Cube?

1. Forget it: pissed off and loss no greater than $300

or

2. Do some form of unlawful revenge: yahoo! I didn't get caught I win or get caught and

many many thousands of $$$ in medical bill and civil liability, some time in jail and a permanent criminal record that haunt you for rest of your life for potentially fatal assault with weapon.

or if you bust his property, you'll be made to pay for everything and criminal record for deliverate property damage.

I am reminding myself to never take advise from ATOT forum too seriously.

If you did something and no one saw it, technically, you didn't do it according to the courts. Heh...$300 bucks would get me pissed enough to stealthily break some windows and scratch up his car.

Haha, yeah, just let other steal from you left and right. If I caught someone who took my sh!t, I'd literally kick the holy hell out of them. Then I'd get my stuff from them and give them another beating.

Stealing is unacceptable, espically when you know who took your stuff.

I'd still talk to the cops and have the Cube dusted for finger prints, file vandalism charges against him, and collect the restituition..
