The vast majority of liberals and so called progressives are a "feverish, selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy." A fountain of hate and discontent with endless gloom and doom scare stories.. I suspect many liberals are infected with Toxoplasma gondii..it's the only explanation for the obvious mental disorders and behavioral problems so many liberals exhibit.

...and yet the most Liberal Nations are ranked highest for Quality of Life and Satisfaction. Weird.

You described Trumpsters pretty well, I think. Not to mention that you're the one spewing hatred at the moment & on a regular basis as well.

Self awareness obviously isn't your strong suit.

I believe that this is the longest series of words you've ever strung together. The first sentence is even a sentence; I'm impressed.

You shouldn't be. Like most of his thoughts, he merely parroted something he heard.

The irony is that the quote describes him and his kind to a tee. Someone may want to remind IGBT that trump ran on making America great again and specifically targeted his message to white males and their victimhood.

If you felt those were tough guy posturing, I can only imagine the terror you suffer from doorbells and kittens.

Can't say you possess any greater facility of self-awareness than Londo. Funny it's the conservatives who feel particularly compelled to protect their own--from whom/what terror exactly?

To everyone except psychopaths and proggies, one "incident" of mass murder terrorism IS a huge problem.

Would some lower class browns killing a few white people classify as one of these OMG KILL EVERYTHING type terrors?

And in gratitude for doing the christian thing, the very people they are trying to help drive trucks into their Christmas markets, killing people who live in a nation that, despite the atrocities of its recent past, has been an advocate for protecting expendable people

Dark comedy, no. More like a failed experiment.

Keep in mind those types of atrocities are justified by this line of typical right wing thinking. Ponder with some self-awareness if you or werepossum would be on the right side of history for them; most the rest of the conservatives here are pretty much spoken for.

I'm sure that 97% will agree with the speculation in your link.

BTW did you read all the articles today about how 2016 was the third year in a row that was the hottest on record.

Wanna know who signed a letter in 2009 urging Obama to deal with climate change?

Do ya? Do ya?

http://grist.org/politics/donald-tr...ce backed urgent climate action. Wait, what?)
As negotiators headed to Copenhagen in December 2009 to forge a global climate pact, concerned U.S. business leaders and liberal luminaries took out a full-page ad in the New York Times calling for aggressive climate action. In an open letter to President Obama and the U.S. Congress, they declared: “If we fail to act now, it is scientifically irrefutable that there will be catastrophic and irreversible consequences for humanity and our planet.”

One of the signatories of that letter: Donald Trump.

Always comical when folks like you pretend they can understand any of the physics involved here, which is rather why they make perfect audience for exposes on the subject by right wing blogs.

Any questions?
Yes - have you suffered a traumatic brain injury that would lead you to not only watch Samantha Bee, but even admit it in public?

Just as a check for me... so really, you don't have to respond as who really cares... did you have this same reaction to Sandy Hook and desire similar commensurate measures be taken?
Yes. I am absolutely opposed to importing more psychotic, self-absorbed, entitled, participation-trophy-gathering white boys. Not wild about raising more domestically either.

No Brain injuries here.

I am on the side of history where I, or people like me, provided arms and training to one group of Muslims to fight the Russians (Afghanistan), tried to rid another Muslim nation of oppressive warlords (Somalia) and defended marginalized ethnic minority Muslims from a Christian majority (Balkans), and then watched some of those very same people attack my city because some rich oil prince got bored and decided to play army.

I then watched one idiot President line up all the pins, the next idiot President knock them all down and a third President, who had he not listened to the surrogates and spouse of the first President, probably had the capability to contain the situation. Instead, we now have a worsened problem of nefarious agents hiding within the stream of a massive humanitarian crisis, and the UN watching it with its thumb up its ass.

I am on the right side of history. Which side are you on?

Funny you should mention that. I am in full support of assault weapon bans and the deep vetting of gun applicants, and also the elimination of high capacity magazines for non military use, because I realize that if you allow both to get into the hands of a deranged mind, mass shootings happen.

I am therefore also in support of the deep vetting of people coming from known Islamic war zones as that is the primary source of these militarized jihadists. Like placing assault weapons and high capacity magazines in the hands of a deranged mind, I believe granting freedom and western democracy to a militarized jihadist similarly leads to tragedy.

I don't agree with Trump's ban all Muslims approach anymore than I agree with a ban all weapons appproach. But in a business scenario you sometimes need to start with your strongest position and then through negotiation take things off the table. The end result is that you end up in a net position greater than zero.

Trump is a business man. He put the strongest position on the table. I (hope) he will now negotiate to a balanced solution.

You volunteered to answer your own question...so answer it. Or were you actually lying about your offer?
I reread and don't see where I said that.

Again, you don't answer.

Between you and taj, it's no wonder you don't convince anyone.

I am curious of others views, and try to keep an open mind, which is what prompted the question to begin with.

So, go ahead and answer the question, or just ignore this. Up to you.
