where I used to live in UK, hub cap theft was very common.

people used to use clear cable ties to fix the cap to the rims......not hard to cut off, but the thief needs to have a knife with him which he was not expecting to need.

Dambit! I hate crap like that, too!
The street light which I next to my house went out last week (Duke Power says, "we'll get right on it." yeah, right.) Two days later, I wake up to find that someone stole my DAN (Divers Alert Network) license plate off my car. Not only that but they took the whole damn frame! I now have two enlarged bracket mount holes where they must have pried the whole thing off. I guess I should be thankful that no one is interested in stealing my beat-up truck to which the plate was attached.

And the same thing for the little portable gas grill that was taken from my front porch this past winter.

Burns my biscuits and puts me in a foul mood the whole day.

Some people are just jerks. Some @sshole ripped the BMW hood badge off my 95 BMW but managed to rip only the plastic coating. Now I've got only a silver disc on my hood.

I've had the air valve caps of the wheels stolen off of my car bunch of times. What's up with that? Granted they were metal instead of plastic but they only cost a couple bucks.

Had some 16yr old kid try to steal my hubs off my chevy when I was 17, I caught him at it, he was totally clueless that I was coming up behind him. I gave him the beating of his life. I dont think he ever came back into my neigborhood. :) Ahhh still feels great when I think of it.

Lol! You want to get new hubcaps for a Camry! Why don't you just take off the other three? Hubcaps look like shite anyway, except for Nissan and VW ones. If I had any other car with hubcaps, I would take them off and show off my steel discs.

Okay... Check that ebay link posted someplace in this thread.....

Sell your remaining 3 hubcaps on ebay, 1 at a time.
Use the proceeds to buy 4 new hubcaps at Walmart and buy a six pack of beer with the change.
