Get the 330. The M3 would be even more expensive to maintain. It would really hurt if you're already stretching to get the 330.

I'd get one with different wheels also. The 2004s have some nice factory 5 spoke 18" wheels. Even the 5 spoke 17"s look better. Just a matter of personal preference though. If you like those, go for it.
