She should be a shoe-in then, for any sort of product/technical support position for any of the major corporations. Considering that the usual hidden motive is to try to get people to stop calling tech-support and "just go away", then her (apparent) lack of communications skills would be a major asset, and not a liability.Originally posted by: tami
