Disclaimer: please don't read the following or anything i write in the future if you don't want your head to hurt more than I have already made it. /disclaimer

Per the 14th amendment we are subjects and it is becoming more and more clear every day. It is becoming more clear because non citizens are not subject to documentation, which means they arent subject to wage laws, and citizenship is granted by the state (it is a legal and therefore artificial concept and not necessarily a lawful one and due to that immigrants may be illegal, but they are not by any means breaking real law). Why shouldnt we welcome more illegal immigrants? Please don't tell me "they're breaking the law" and while I'll be one of the first to admit that I find many of them snobby, it isn't necessarily wrong for them to be so.

All of that said, I think we are looking at the wrong problem when we look toward expelling immigrants. I am fine with arizona's "ban" because it can't be enforced and because the articles of confederation would not have stopped arizona from asserting their sovereignty... and when I say"assert" rather than "flex" they could never be supreme over the people because there was no central govt to enforce the States against the individual. Even VA's sterilization laws were protected by the federal govt, which makes me ask... is the 14th amendment a net gain when you have absolutely brilliant activist judges like oliver wendell holmes? It was just meant to increase centralization of power for the benefit of the elite and big business by making us even more into subjects rather than Citizens which we never could be. That is, the Party of hamilton tricked people into believing that Citizenship was a good thing, the party of lincoln simply made it obvious when bitchcrafting the 14th amendment because they knew there was nothing the people could do once it was ratified. Why would the racist Republican party have granted all peoples birthright Citizenship when they were protectionist white nationalists and when they believed we were supposed to be the elite's subjects?

Citizenship is an illusion , so please try your hardest to withdraw from the system (not voting this election would be a good first start) and whatever you do, remember... Citizenship is a legal construct and not one based upon the rule of law, the latter of which govs must destroy by tricking the subjects into believing it is synonymous with the former.

Hmm, I'll try this line of reasoning the next time I'm pulled over for speeding.

"I'm sorry officer but the speed limit is an illusion, and your authority as a law enforcement officer is a legal construct that I do not recognize. Good day sir."

I'm sure it will go well.

I'm a damn fool for ignoring OP's disclaimer. I was really hoping you'd pull together a coherent chain of thought this time.

Hint: The Articles of Confederation have absolutely no power nor any relevance today. You might as well be relying on some ancient clay tablet from the Pharoah's times.

The OP is making a right-wing libertarian point which is free passage of cheap labour.
What Americans are angry about is that those people are leeching the system and allowing a race to the bottom situation to occur.

thanks:) Why do you think I am lying about my age though? I am assuming you've read it. I just have the mind of a child and i think that was what you wanted to say... but I'm also going state that I'm not a precise person. Maybe I'll need a George Milton because I could be a Lenny and wont ever realize it... maybe I will wind up like Lenny which would be the best hope for society. I could reasonably get a vacation or even a permaban for posting this. Maybe I will wind up like piggy in lord of the flies as hayabusa rider pointed out. I'm any event, Marshall matters definitely got it more right than I ever could do on my own and it would be an understatement to say I'm no sherlock holmes. Why am I even typing this?

Final disclaimer in this post. If I can remember to, I will report my OP and ask if they can close it. Then again I am not going to bother because i don't see why someone else wouldnt report this. Which is why I wanted myself or my parents (depending on how you look at it)to pay the mods and maybe others here for all I've done. As Matt1970 kind of pointed out, just one person being stupid can retard the growth of civilization. /this post's final disclaimer.

I need to be removed for now.
