I think these 2 are the same item. Newegg's is almost twice as much! :Q
I've never tried Excaliber PC before, but the price is right for me to give them a try.
Newegg Corsair CMX512-4000PRO
Excaliber PC Corsair CMX512-4000PRO
Another example:
Volcano 10+ for ~$30 @ NewEgg
Volcano 10+ for ~$14 @ Directron

Just yesterday I wanted skt 754 mobos, w/ sound w/video intergrated. Simply put those criteria in on AMD motherboards search page and it kicked down 10-15 results I could choose from. Next each item has sweet photographs to see board layout etc. No other site is this clean. So I still cater there...just less.

I have shopped at Newegg and ZZF. ZZF got my products out to me faster with free 2nd day. You have to add the shipping charges to compare prices and ZZF usually has the better price when all is said and done. So yes, Newegg shipping sucks. I use their site to search and look at products I'm interested in and then purchase them elsewhere for less. Thanks for those features Newegg!

In just the last 2 weeks, I decided I wanted the ASUS V9999GT/TD/256M/A video card for each of my computers (2). Pricegrabber and several others found the absolute lowest price was $425 and the highest was $535. Newegg had it for $429.
Both naysayers and fans can justify their attitudes about Newegg. But with your highly selective comparisons, your reviews of the site become somewhat dubious.
Overall I have found newegg to be a good place to shop. When they have a good price, buy it... when they have a high price... move on. but to flatly refuse to shop there because every single price isn't the lowest.....? Rather dumb.
