Why is this forum full of Nissan fanboys?

I swear, someone asks a question about a car and some assclown jumps in and says "Get a Maxima yo, all cars are junk if they aren't Nissans". I was reading the thread about the supercharged pontiac some kid wants and i'd pick that any day over a maxima. Nissans have cheap interiors like most inexpenisve cars and lame power to make them about as fun to drive as a hyundai. Friggin fan boys.
 
dumb thread... Nissan cars rock.. the people here know that. fanboy is a silly term, makes it sound like "n00b" or something dumb like that.

We realize what a good car is, and when people ask advice, we give it to them in the form of suggesting Nissan.

What's the problem?

nissan's are pretty good cars...

although for the same price you can get a 2002 Acura TL, which i think is a better value for the money.
 
Have you seen a new Maxima interior? If you like pontiac interior more, go ahead, buy that. I wouldn't call 255 HP with a 6 speed lame power. And Maxima's V6 has been Ward's 10 best engine in US for 7 years since 1995 Maxima came out. Ward's even said it was the best V6 you could get at any price.

That 255 hp is at the crank, not the wheels and why a 6 speed with so little power? *YAWN*
Oh and that Audi A4 2.8 Quattro I had has the best interior in the business as far as small german sedans go. I'd take an Audi over a Nissan POS any day.

I bought a Nissan Altima because it had enough power to keep me happy, good quality, and enough room to fit my long legs in, not because some people on ATOT told me to.... I'll gladly suggest someone else buy a Nissan because I am very happy with the one I own.

What's so amazing about it? The cheap interior? The lame altezza style tail lights?
 
We were actually talking about nissan in my marketing class. That poor company is doing anything they can to stay afloat. They simply cannot compete with the Hondas, and Toyotas that saturate those ends of the market segment.

It's pretty sad infact.. they are hurting even though people can't see the light to ditch their overrated underpowerd Accord for a good car like a Maxima or Altima.. my entire family swears by Nissan and with good reason.. their cars are just so good!

Have you ever driven the maxima?

Just last week I test drove a brand new Maxima SE loaded 6 speed and that thing is sweet. Awesome interior and performance. I then drove the Acura TL-S. Nice car, but i'd save a couple thousand and get the maxima any day. Also drove a Chrysler 300M which is also a great car. Audi A4 has an awesome Dashboard but not as luxurious as the maxima.

Don't believe me? Go drive a loaded Maxima and tell me otherwise. I've never been an any car fanboy before but the maxima takes the cake.

I agree that Audi has one of the best interiors on the market. BUT, in order to get the passenger space of the $23,000 maxima, one would have to purchase a $70,000 A8 to compete. The A4 is not even remotely close in passenger space to the Maxima.

This is true, but they will never make it to the states. They are, and will continue to be illegal here. My buddy has a 1995 200SX SE-R, and they outlawed they at motor from the states. You cannot even get that motor anymore.
