Bacially, you eat meat, fish, fruit, non-starchy vegetables, dairy prducts (whole plain yogurt and cheese), nuts and some cereals (oatmeal, Fiber 1) and eliminate sugar, bread, pasta, soda and fruit juices, and junk food.
