Hate to break it down to all you morons that think that death penalty actually solves anything, but it's very doubtful she'll get it. I've been watching the case and the arguments made and it seems like there's some missing links that are vital to establishing premeditated murder, and therefore jumps in conclusion had to be made.
No doubt she killed her daughter, but given the fact that there's some missing evidence that's key to the case she's probably not gonna get the death penalty, and she even has the possibility of getting 2nd degree murder. Not that I agree with that, I think it would've been better if she got three life sentences, but the fact is there's some missing links in the story.
