I agree with the lack of convincing evidence. I have a feeling they'll go for 2nd degree murder. Can't rely on a jury, it's scary.

All they proved is that she's a huge liar and was out partying while here child was "missing" for 31 days.

Of all the drivel I've read from you, this statement by far is probably the worst. There are honest poor people in this world. Not everyone is out to make a buck or try to shaft the system. Get a clue and get a life.
 
toast. Poor parents who willingly allowed the defense attorney to drag their name in the mud. I hope my parents will do the same for me and help me out when I get in this kind of predicament. I will never kill anyone though and follow the ten commandment religiously to stay out of problem.

Fuck Scott Peterson. I live in Modesto...that's all we heard about for 2 years...If we traveled somewhere, "Oh, you're from Modesto? Isn't that where the Scott Peterson thing happened?"

Neither case SHOULD have warranted national attention...but they did.

Only 12 women have been executed in the U.S. since 1976. Of those, only two were in Florida.
