not quite as bad as people make it to be. esp with todays pc/ram.
Imagine if every software developer shared Apple's mentality about design? We'd need 256gb ram just to boot up our systems.
really? i'd love to see where apple requires more ram then vista. please, do tell.
This topic is about Itunes, not Vista. Please try to stay on topic, take your ADD/ADHD meds or something.
Regardless, OS =/= small app, or rather, what should be a small app. When a music player has a footprint over 100mb and 3+ running processes even when it isn't open, I think it's safe to say there's a pretty fucking serious problem. Itunes is shit, just like everything else made by Apple. The only difference is it's not horribly overpriced like everything else made by Apple.
You're the one who strayed off-topic by asserting that software following Apple's design would require 256 GB of RAM, dumbass.
Entirely on topic, it was a comment on software design in relation to Itunes. But I guess you showed me what's what by calling me a name, kid.
