Then that note is incorrect. My most recent vacation was a two-parter, which included my creation of a second account. Without the first unwarranted vacation, the second account would not have been created.

Nothing incorrect, it's not so much what you posted under that account but the fact the you made it while on a time out that was problem. Just creating another account while on a time out is and always has been verbotten and rather severely dealt with. On that we are very consistent.
