Why will they not expand beyond the west coast? You would think if they were doing that well they would have at least considered it.

I hate In N Out's slow service, their drive-thru takes forever even at midnight. I mean, they serve one thing - burgers and fries. You'd think they could slap some more beef on the grill and get ahead of the power curve.

Wendy's makes their burgers "fresh" and their drive-thru is ten times faster.

they deliver fresh product to all the restaurants from one source
(consistency reasons, I think)
and they can only travel so far for it to still be fresh

That way when they're all sitting down talking about what burgers or soda they like they feel good about themselves for liking what everybody else likes.

Please tell me you don't wear all black or have a myspace account. I really want to believe that this isn't your actual opinion. The whole anti-culture trend isn't even hip anymore, despite what the 300,000 shirts Hot Topic prints and sells for every "I'm unique" witty phrase they can come up with.

I make a wish at least once a week that 5 Guys burgers will decide to move down from the NY/VA/MD area into Texas. I was living in Blacksburg, VA when one opened up, but sadly had to move a month later.

Hahaha, this coming from a person that has Halo mentioned in his signature.

(Not that I don't think kogase is an idiot for not giving In-N-Out respect, of course.)

Don't wear black, don't have a Myspace account, don't have long hair. I'm wearing a white t-shirt and jeans right now, that's pretty much all I have to say about my style. McDonald's and Pepsi are the lowest form of culture, they are brands. This whole brand loyalty thing that so many Americans are devoted to I just find repulsive. People feel loyal to a fvcking corporation who is just harvesting them for money. I just think it's ridiculous to let yourself be so completely and utterly manipulated by them. Not only do you let it happen (which is hard to avoid, really), but you are proud of it? People have lost a real sense of dignity.

What's wrong with my sig? I don't even own an xbox or a 360, but I still get a laugh this far after the fact that a developer would describe their game like that. The only comment showing someone's ego being larger would be John Romero's "about to kick your ass" magazine ads before Daikatana came out.

EDIT: Make that John Romero's "about to make you his b***h" ads

With the post I quoted earlier you were using the same argument that many Halo fanboys use, and I just assumed incorrectly.

Don't go there. Even if I did what I'm saying isn't don't go to McDonald's, don't drink Pepsi, or don't go to Starbucks. All I'm saying is that brand loyalty is bullsh|t.
