Why is craigslist so ugly?

IMO, their format hasn't changed over the years, so it's still easily accessible for those who aren't up to date w/ the latest browsers, PDA's and the like Shawn.

Lynx is amazing. But other websites manage to look good while maintaining compatibility, like deviantart.com and wikipedia.org (If I remember correctly).

honestly, I love craigslist b/c it even looks the same on my phone's web browser and is fully functional. Personally, I think that's what makes craigslist beautiful.
