Actually, no, he's not. He's an all-in illary supporter now raging because the queen didn't get her rightful turn.

Vic's an alright guy, even if I currently find myself not entirely on his side of the current political divide.

But now you've got me speaking about other forum members in 3rd person. Enough of that.

He is an alright guy, but this election has otherwise normal people losing their minds :)

Fox says he got rid of all of the political lobiests, CNN says his cabinet is in turmoil....and of course the truth is somewhere in-between. Ugh.
Media attacks a swamp filled transition team.
Pence takes over and "drains the swamp".
Media attacks changes in staff. Turmoil, incompetent, etc.

It's all to serve an attack agenda. Same thing they've done for 1 1/2 years already.

Ah yes the old right wing meme.

"I will report on what is actually happening, and I will be accused of being biased."

But dont worry, Trump has already addressed these "lies", on Twitter of course! And naturally, with zero explanations.

was the original Christie-lead transition team ever attacked?
What, you never saw a headline targeting the lobbyists?

Trump taps GOP insiders, lobbyists for transition
Donald Trump campaigned as an outsider who vowed to “drain the swamp” in Washington, but the president-elect’s transition team is packed with veterans of the GOP establishment, as well as with lobbyists for the fossil fuel, chemical, pharmaceutical and tobacco industries.

Their removal is a benefit, but the headlines are all doom and gloom. The horror of a shake up, of changes!

Nope. Enjoy your new single party state ran by a spoiled child. I'm sure nothing will go wrong.

the fact that it's unprecedented is the reason why it's making news.

the President is pretty much always accompanied by the press pool, a small group of reporters who stays on-hand in case a breaking news world event should come up so that they'll be there to report back to the rest of the country... we're not talking about them sitting in the dining room taking pictures of the family eating dinner, but it's expected that they'd be hanging out in an adjoining room or something.

if this was an isolated incident it may not be a big deal, but it fits into a pattern with Trump alongside banning news organizations who reported negative stories on him throughout the election.

Unprecedented.

WAIMANALO, Hawaii (CNN) -- A vacationing President-elect Barack Obama slipped away from the traveling press pool that follows him wherever he goes, taking his two young daughters, family members and friends to Hawaii's Sea Life Park.

If you recall, I've never been a Trump supporter either. I just think he's the lesser of the two evils. I'm thrilled the hildebeast will not be occupying the white house though. As far as enjoying the single party state, the gop doesn't have a supermajority in the senate so they can't really do a whole lot. Trump can use executive orders and mandates to do (or undo) a lot of things, but beyond that I don't see a whole lot happening.

Another hilarious video, watch the whole thing:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a7sYrflmrmY

TL;DW: CNN from a week before the last debate, claiming Clinton never laughed at girl who was accusing someone of rape. Then the video cuts to a CNN video from 2014, where CNN themselves are saying Clinton is laughing, and they play the tape so you can hear her laughing yourself.

CNN isn't just biased, CNN contradicts itself.

CNN tossed out whatever credibility they had and went full steam ahead with team clinton, they pushed all the chips to the middle and went "all in". They got burned. Now they're just trying to figure out how they are going to survive: they can try to go back towards being a respectable news organization which is hard to do with such a tarnished brand, or they can just go msnbc or huffpo or salon or any other lunatic fringe outlet. Looks like they are going the latter route, we'll see if that works for them or not.
so fox news gets a complete pass from you.. ok.

fair enough.

the core issue for Trump still remains the fact that he shut-out unfriendly press during the election (revoking the credentials of the Washington Post among others), so anything he does to restrict media access is going to be met with swift criticism until he proves the concerns wrong.

Actually, everything he does will be met with swift criticism by the press no matter what he does because he proved them to be worthless liars. Bottom line, at this point it simply doesn't matter what the lying press thinks.

First off, every news or media organization is ran by people. People are political by nature. The old adage of put two people in a room and you'll have politics is an adage for a reason.

News organizations constantly state they are there to provide fair, unbiased, objective, and factual based articles. The truth is that there is rarely such a thing. Those kinds of articles are for the most part boring. They don't drive ratings, readers, watchers, or whatever metric is used to signify money and success. All media outlets are a business, even those ran on donations and grants like NPR. Every report, announcers, or whatever title they have is looking to further their career. No one wants to stay at the bottom. Everyone wants that juicy story that will land them a Pulitzer or Nobel Prize, or whatever token thing that gives them extra "respect" and admiration for their work they've done. No one ever gets that by doing boring news. Ever.

So getting your news from one source today is pointless if you are looking for actual objective and non-sensationalized news. It doesn't matter what the source is either. It takes several sources, and deduction reasoning on part of the audience to get a clearer picture of whatever the news is at the moment these days.

Meh, I'm not going to call CNN left or right. I just despise their new "tablet" friendly UI and click-bait style headlines. That should be enough of a reason for anybody to quit reading it.
I despise this friggin click bait news. It's on all of the news sites now. F' taboola.
