I hope they burn in hell as well. I've had it for over a year now in Atlanta. I fail to understand how their service is down most of the time. If I still had a phone line it would be DSL all the way. I'm almost to the point of ordering Speakeasy since they offer a dedicated DSL line without phone service. It's about the same price for a fraction of the speed but I'd be willing to bet it stays up more than 50% of the time.

Dammit I hate Comcast. I hate them sooo much

OOL now has 50mb up and 50mb down what do I have fscking 8mbs. Also no FIOS for me yet cause I live in a apartment complex.:|

Wow. You're a moron.

Neither company GUARATEES those speeds. They're SPEED CAPS, smart guy. Comcast gives you the POTENTIAL for 8mbps. OOL gives you the POTENTIAL for 50/50.

Educate yourself. :)

We have comcast and because we're also subscribing to digital cable, our high speed internet is only $45 a month. However, we get 6mb down. :)

I have Adelphia still. I pay about $45 for 4mbps/768 (I think), I usually test close to 2.5-3mbps. I can't really complain though, it goes down once every few months if that, never had to call a tech out.

I have Comcast in Ct & I'm getting over 8mbs down & about 2mbs up which is faster then its supposed to be.. uplosd speeds just about doubled in the last few weeks, but downloads havn't changed in a year or so despite them being rated at 4mbs until September, also my internet has gone down once (not counting a power failure) in the last two years... SBC DSL was much slower & went down like once a week.

Cablevision is the best and the cheapest out of all the cable companies and trust me, you want to stay away from Verizon online, you dont want them

For $50/month, I'd be willing to give FIOS a try. That's some blazing speed at the same cost as cable/dsl.

Your download speed : 3938 kbps or 492.3 KB/sec.
Your upload speed : 350 kbps or 43.8 KB/sec.

Paying for 4000/384. Works fine here in Indiana :p
