Why I hope Comcast Burns in Hell

I am paying 60 bucks a month for 8mb speeds and I dont see anywhere near those speeds.


Dammit I hate Comcast. I hate them sooo much


OOL now has 50mb up and 50mb down what do I have fscking 8mbs. Also no FIOS for me yet cause I live in a apartment complex.:|

I have Comcast and it tests out at 7.5 to 8 regularly.

Yeah In Silver Spring they over subscribe there lines and during the time of 7 to 10pm speeds = crap

I'll agree that they are absolute rubbish for business ( i should know) but they've been fine for home use

Verizon has called us everyday to get us to switch from Comcast to FIOS. The only problem? They're not willing to make an offer other than the standard prices. If they want to get me as a customer, give me $24.99/mo for a year or more.

EDIT: Trust me, you don't want them. I'm switching over to Verizon's FIOS as soon as they finish running the cable in my area (I've seen the trucks lately ).

What they appearantly don't tell you is that (i've been told anyway) the cost to go back to copper is like $600
