Well the top of your resume above the divider line makes no sense to me except for the e-mail address.

Now this I could be wrong on, but I think your work experience goes back way too far for the sort of work it was. Employers don't care you worked at Best Buy in 1993.

However rest of the stuff is real

There's not really a whole lot of meat to that resume. In addition, your experience at Siemens seems almost not relevant to wanting to be in IT. Set up a "Toshiba Router"? Bah...

How deep into Exchange admin have you gone? Have you ever dealt with an outage? Had to restore from backups? Can you administer Exchange, creating aliases, adding and removing users? Have you been a system admin for a Win2K or 2003 domain? Know anything about Active Directory? What backup systems have you used? What server hardware are you familiar with?

So you "successfully trained" over 60 call center people. To do what?

OP, you don't need to list every jobs you ever had in your life, only the last 10 years or so. I strongly recommend that you trim it down a bit more <1995 to present>.

You can't have different font types in your resume. Big no no, good presentation is the key.

Another thing, you only have AS degree and you want 42K? You can't get that down South here.

You must be related to Mao.

Not that I am being a racist or stereo-typing, but this type of thing happens a lot with profiling of resumes these days. Just like you would at the airport, I suspect that a lot of applicants are screened due to their names. There must be 1000's of resumes to chose from, and its likely that arab-type names are targeted for discrimmination.

Just my x-file consipiracy theory. I am wrong to think about it that way, but stuff like this happens.

OR --- the job may be very bad for IT professionals.

AND -- I am related to Ho Chi Minh

Great... so put that on there. Interviewers want to know what you can do, what hardware and software you've worked with, etc..

Maybe it has something to do with the way you write (and, presumably, talk). "I been" and "I put some bogus stuff" makes you sound really uneducated.

Joe Smith started the day early having set his alarm clock (MADE IN
JAPAN) for 6am. While his coffeepot (MADE IN CHINA) was perking, he
shaved with his electric razor (MADE IN HONG KONG). He put on a dress
shirt (MADE IN SRI LANKA), ! designer jeans (MADE IN SINGAPORE) and
tennis shoes (MADE IN KOREA). After cooking his breakfast in his new
electric skillet (MADE IN INDIA) he sat down with his calculator (MADE
IN MEXICO) to see how much he could spend today. After setting his
watch (MADE IN TAIWAN) to the radio (MADE IN INDIA) he got in his car
(MADE IN GERMANY) and continued his search for a good paying AMERICAN
JOB. At the end of yet another discouraging and fruitless day, Joe
decided to relax for a while. He put on his sandals (MADE IN BRAZIL)
poured himself a glass of wine (MADE IN FRANCE) and turned on his TV
(MADE IN INDONESIA), and then wondered why he can't find a good paying
job in.AMERICA.....

One thing I noticed is that English is not your first language. If you're going for a purely technical position, probably not a huge issue. But these days if you want something in IT Management, or Admin, you need to be able to communicate at a top level with lots of other people, and you may want to brush up on your English a bit more. The resume looks decent though, good qualifications, perhaps you're just not looking far enough?

Have you tried sites like Monster.com and Hotjobs.com? With qualifications like yours you may get a company willing to give you a job and relocate you, if you don't mind moving that is.

So you want to be a manager and you don't have a BS, you might have the experience but I don't think that alone will cut it for a management position.

Just my 2 cents

Go back to school and get a 4 year degree, you already a have a 2 year degree so see if you can transfer those credits and only have to take 2 more years.

- no 4-year degree
- your English on the resume is fine (good 1st step), but your in-person / writing English deficiencies are likely noticeable in a bad sense... yet you indicate you excel at interfacing with people... how far into the application process are you getting ? Do you get in-person interviews ? They may see the problem there.
