Well the top of your resume above the divider line makes no sense to me except for the e-mail address.
Now this I could be wrong on, but I think your work experience goes back way too far for the sort of work it was. Employers don't care you worked at Best Buy in 1993.

You must be related to Mao.
Exchanger Server (5.5)as a Admin Add/Remove user etcOriginally posted by: Astaroth33
There's not really a whole lot of meat to that resume. In addition, your experience at Siemens seems almost not relevant to wanting to be in IT. Set up a "Toshiba Router"? Bah...
How deep into Exchange admin have you gone? Have you ever dealt with an outage? Had to restore from backups? Can you administer Exchange, creating aliases, adding and removing users? Have you been a system admin for a Win2K or 2003 domain? Know anything about Active Directory? What backup systems have you used? What server hardware are you familiar with?
So you "successfully trained" over 60 call center people. To do what?

Great... so put that on there. Interviewers want to know what you can do, what hardware and software you've worked with, etc..
Maybe it has something to do with the way you write (and, presumably, talk). "I been" and "I put some bogus stuff" makes you sound really uneducated.Originally posted by: Mir96TA

That is why I put some bogus stuff.
However rest of the stuff is real
