which brings me to an important question...
theres a red light at an intersection in the middle of no-where.
Its 4 am and theres not another car around for miles...do you stop and wait for the light to turn green...or is it ok to go?

Stop. Farm vehicles don't always have lights. Rural peoples don't always bother to turn their light on, why bother, there is nobody else around.

Farm vehicles are required to have lighting if they're going to be on the road at night. I've never seen a rural person not use headlights - how are you supposed to see the gauges and the road?

However, if you're a daily NYC driver in Manhattan, you'll realize that as soon as you put your blinker on, the guy in the lane that you want to get into will speed up to prevent you from getting in!
