thats why i said weave the lead into the costume. So it wouldnt be hard to hide. It could be thin as long as it provided radiation proofing

maybe the amount of lead required to shield him from k-ray is too much for practical use? it would be too heavy? the mass would be too large that it'd be torn away when he accelerates really fast? etc
