Yes and the motivation behind the need to believe that is, in my opinion, being made to feel early in life that any deviation from the belief one is of that privileged class gets punished by threat of damnation surged up by physical violence perhaps, but definitely by being put down as worthless for doubting. This, I think, is what causes the fanaticism of certainty and the need to condemn heretical notion we are all equal in rights.

Well that's easy.
GQP idolizes dictators and Viktor Orbans for the sole reason that they've come to realize that they cant represent anymore, they simply dont have the numbers, so they turn torwards methods of ruling rather than representing. Ruling. Minority rule. Cause fuck the people. I want to keep my power.
