Why does russ have 20,000 + posts and elite member status?

I was really confused when seeing his status in the bowling thread. I thought elite member was around 4,000 or so. Anyone know? Not to dis on Russ, I'm just curious.

elite has nothing to do w/ number of posts. mods give it to you if you are deemed worthy.

There are a whole bunch of us that have tried to get his "Elite" status changed to what it should be, but we think he has pictures of the Administrator in some sort of comprimising position and we've been unable to get it changed.

Based on a poll a little while ago, his title should be "Most Annoying"
