I remember not a while ago, i overheard a discussion in school about how the landing on the moon was fake, just so NASA can get more money from the government.

I don't question it, but I hear one of the major points on it was a string that could be seen helping an astronaut get up after he fell or something.
yeah, i know, because the moon has the EXACT same circumfrance as the earth and thus means it has the same force down (gravity) as the earth. it's not like the moon is smaller or anything and thus can allow an astronaut to be picked up by the arm, or anything. :moon::roll:
double negative much? if the question was "can a flag wave in space" answer is no if questioned was "can a flag not wave in space" answer is correct. though, never once did it wave in space though so...
The moron is the person who has no clue about basic physics, and believes what somebody else with no clue about physics are saying... yet disregard what professionals in the field say.

I'm trying to figure out what you said had to do with what I said. I'm trying to figure out what knowledge of physics has anything to do with knowing whether a particular event did or did not occur.

OK then smart guy, Astronaut David Scott performed Galileo's experiment on the Moon. He dropped a hammer and a feather at the same time and both hit the ground at the same time proving Galileo's theory was correct. The only reason a feather does not fall at the same rate as a hammer on Earth is because of air resistance. Explain to me how this experiment was done if they were on Earth. 1960s trick photography? :roll:

Why are there conspiracy theories regarding 9/11? The JFK assasination? Pearl Harbor? Some people don't trust their government and the media. Can't say I blame them.
I don't see what side you guys are on. All of this Galileo experiments and basic physics remarks don't give me a clue on what you are trying to say. Are you saying that basic physics prevents events in the moon landing video from happening, or suggesting the opposite?
He's saying that it wouldn't be possible to do that experiment without being in a vacuum. Hence, must be on the moon.
It's pretty easy to conclude nobody has ever been to the moon. If they had, then where's all the damn cheese!?!
