I'm guessing these implant girls are getting business if they are on video so their customers are obviously liking it. Or the producers think it'll sell.

While I'll agree there is quite a bit more variety, typically the most popular and most successful ones have fake tits. The successful ones with small tits are in the teen category and by nature you can only do that for a short period.

Some fake boobs are nice and fairly natural looking (when there not enormous), my guess is you get what you pay for, and I'm guessing the majority of porn stars aren't rich.
