I don't know why you don't try dating apps? They allow you to meet girls you would have never come into contact with otherwise. It's totally worth a shot to at least get some dates under your belt. I can only speak for myself, but I'm 32, white, 6'3 175lbs and don't really have a problem getting dates with dating apps. I've dated girls from 22 to 34 and they have (mostly) been quality people.

If you can start off conversations with more than "eyyy gurl wut u doin 2nite?" then you're already in the top 20%. I would suggest what worked for me - which was OKCupid. It's a free dating site - but one that actually has a semi-reputable image unlike others that are more for one night stands.

From there it's just a matter of social engineering until you can quickly bag them like I did

Again, as someone that became exalted in the skill of virginity while in school and college... online stuff isn't difficult. At all. It takes the bullshit out of dating, whereas in real-life you have to play games to try and determine if they are even interested in dating, let alone interested in you. On an online dating site, you both know what you're there for. It really helps eliminate that bullshit factor.
