They take questions that are left open to interpretation and then take the "results" and proclaim X, Y, and Z. Some of which may be close and others could lead to the wrong impression. Yea, actually I'd guess the obvious on who it helps. It surely helped in '04 so why wouldn't it continue to help in '06 and '08, if BushCo. are able to keep the factory churning. And going by their little problem with paying for positive press..well...
