Most historians agree the bible is around 2000 years old.

Einstein introduced the theory of relativity less than 100 years ago and said there was still work to be done.

Wait, wat

so, here's the deal:

both of you have serious issues to work out

1: Dougo, you're a bit slow on the uptake. a bit more reading, some fundamental knowledge will help you out.

2: Rocksteady: You are a super douche. You're a little child, lost in a world of socially capable individuals. your ideas are half-formed to the point where you think you know things, but no one gives a shit. You are stepped on by your superiors, every female with a conscience laughs at you in private (Even your wife; seriously, bro), and not a god damn person respects you.

why? you have the mind of a 15 year old, trapped in an "adult's" body. You've filled your head with book knowledge, yet you know absolutely nothing about the world around you. You are in trouble, sir.

Maybe if you spent more time learning real stuff than reading fairytales in your bible you might have known this.

Maybe, but outside of a physics classroom I think the lessons you can take from the Bible are more useful in everyday life.

Don't kill your neighbor, or x to the power of three is cubed.

Which piece of information would be more useful if I wanted to kill my neighbor?

OK, answer me this question:

If Newtow's equations are correct, why can't you solve for time?

F = dmv/dt, correct?

If that equation were really correct, shouldn't you be able to solve for any variable? Be it time, distance, mass or velocity.

The fuck?

...

Are we on Candid Camera or something?

If you need the bible to tell you not to kill your neighbour you have mega problems.

There are way better sources for moral guidance than the bible.

Actually, there probably aren't many sources that would a worse source for morals than the bible.

Respect? LOL.

Why is it deserving or respect? It's just a fictional book.

Should you respect Harry Potter books?

If they are helpful to you, yes.

edit: Harry Potter is 10 years old, and the Bible is 2010 years old. I'm not suggesting anyone substitute Harry Potter for the Bible just yet.

In the year 0, I think it was about all that was available. No Harry Potter just yet ;-)

so what is cm^4 called?

I would think the following would make more sense:

x2 = cubed

x3 = sphered

3.14 is a circle right...

x4 = cubed

I assume you meant ^2 = squared.... but I really have no idea even where to start breaking down your thought process to think that square -> sphere -> cube is a natural progression.
