Well last few days been under the weather so sleep has been bad but usually 12am-1am and wake up by 8am.
If possible, try going to bed earlier. I don't have any explanation outside of circadian rhythms, but every hour of sleep before midnight is worth like 2 to my body. Dunno why. I just feel loads better when I get to sleep at like 9pm. But I hate going to bed early. Soooooo
