and I'll make it even easier for you.

I said it wasn't paper from the beginning, it was the same as like at the Pharmacy, had to sign on the touchscreen.

i can't remember a touchscreen like the pharmacy (that wasn't the credit card pad) at any register at any store i've been at. i really think you signed for your credit card and you were just stupid drunk or confused. or all three.

all the touchpads at any register always look like this:

and those are for credit cards.

Maybe where you live, but around our stores, the touchpads vary by store. WalMart's aren't like Belk's or Macy's or Lowe's or my local pharmacy......every one is slightly different.

When I was sick and bought Sudafed at CVS, the form I had to sign (that I understood I couldn't by more than 3g/day of pseudoephedrine and I wouldn't make drugs with it) was on the credit card touch screen device.

Though, I still think Dave is crazy and his story is far-fetched.

I know vinegar is at the top of my list when it comes to supplies.
It is usually on mine. The rubberized collars on my BJJ Gis get stinky fast, if you do not wash them with a couple cups of white vinegar added. Probably would not happen if I could put them in the dryer, but I have to hang dry to prevent over shrinkage.

not just for credit cards anymore!

Why do have to sign restricted access form to buy Vinegar?

Went shopping yesterday ahead of the blizzard here in Chicago and picked up some Olive Oil and Vinegar for salad at the grocery and they asked for my ID, scanned it and made me sign a "Restricted Access Form" to buy the vinegar.

Obviously being on a long line I did not have a chance to read the long winded document.

Where do you say "not paper" and where did you refuse to read "the long winded document" - at the register or the service desk?

Exactly, first was the form and she scanned my Drivers License.

After the rest of the groceries were scanned was the swiping of the credit card for payment.
