Good attempt, poor choice in beers to attempt with. Sam Adams is a good beer, but no macrobrew on the planet beats Portland's microbrews. If you want good beer you either come to Portland or go to Germany or Belgium.

Colorado Micros = Portland Micros = CA micros. thousands upon thousands of great brews down here.

Canada has some good beers much like ours. They suffer from the same reputation in that their mass-produced swill that everyone knows them for is just as terrible as our mass-produced swill.

Portland is the microbrew capital of the world, mate. Our brews > your brews.

I haven't tried any real microbrews from Colorado but I am a big fan of Blue Moon.
