I'd try it if given the chance depending on how it was presented. If it was a kabob or some sort of pulled/chopped cut on a bun slathered with BBQ sauce I'd probably go for :)

I've tried just about any other 4 legged animal out there, why not goat.

I don't care for it, not due to it's rather obscure culinary use here in the States, but more because it's kinda tough and has a strange flavor and after-taste. Not sure why some are trying to portray Americans as picky or unimaginative eaters - we're a nation of hunters for crying out loud! How many Europeans eat buffalo, ostrich, puma, or bear? I've tried'em all, and buffalo in particular is great.

the koreans like eating dog .. i'll pass on that too.

i'd like to know why every culture is superior to the American culture to some people. middle eastern people don't eat pork, why don't you rag on them?

Is eating goat against your religion? The only reason you won't eat it is that you think it's strange to eat goat, despite the fact that it's nearly the same as sheep.

Ground goat meat is delicious. The only problem is getting the right goat meat. Sometimes, it gets too chewy.
